The Fellowship Center has contracted with exceptionally
talented Oceanside-based architects and engineers to develop
a plan that will be consistent with Oceanside's Historic
Area and Development guidelines and will complement the
surrounding neighborhood and nearby businesses.
As you look at the following plans and drawings, it will become clear that the recovery home program
will upgrade the area, compliment Mission San Luis Rey, and provide a crucial Oceanside need.
The proposed Oceanside Fellowship Center would be located at 4152 Mission Avenue on
approximately 1-acre and would have the ability to accommodate up to 59 individuals at capacity.
